Based on these previous answers and techno-scientific advances - the topic of the book concerns the modernization of the current system in order to split the progressive unification of all countries and their inhabitants in a dignified civilized conscience of mankind.
Program of the paligenesia
In the short, medium and long term under the auspices of a renewed UN, a project initiated by the permanent members of the Security Council, requiring beforehand an European unification. The paligenesia offers a program of reconciliation and unification of countries in a humanism based on friendship, mutual understanding and respect that promote wellness in the equal rights and solidarity for a real peaceful coexistence.
